What you’ll Do:
- Leverage numbers and data to define winning strategies and positions for LINE MAN’s products, including but not limited to marketing/promotional products and restaurant solutions, which align with company’s goals and objectives
- Design marketing strategies and marketing communication initiatives to achieve the given targets, including user acquisition, user retention, sales, monetisation, profitability, and brand positioning & brand perception
- Plan, design and realize marketing technology, and user product features to support business objectives & strategies for LINE MAN’s services
- Responsible for the end-to-end of strategic campaigns
- Campaign planning for short, and medium term, including budget management, to achieve business targets
- Impact measurement, budget tracking, and return-on-marketing-investment improvement initiatives are crucial
- Lead and inspire your team, and all stakeholders to be customer-centric, data & insight driven, with strong growth mindset, and positive team player working culture
What you’ll Need:
- Minimum 5 years of business development/consulting/project management/marketing experience.
- Experience in the e-commerce/Tech/FMCG/business consulting industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of data & insight utilization to form innovative initiatives which successfully execute into an impactful business result.
- Business oriented, and biased towards action skills.
- Entrepreneurial and not afraid to be hands-on on the work.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and high sense of responsibility and ownership
