What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand and business growth.
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from planning and recruitment to execution and performance analysis.
- Build and grow influencer ecosystems through KOL acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize influencer campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Manage influencer relationships, communications, contracts, and payment processes.
- Ensure smooth campaign operations and execution across multiple projects.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and drive successful campaign execution.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- 4–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Talent Management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, content performance, and digital marketing metrics.
- Ability to develop strategic initiatives while remaining hands-on in execution and operations.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with AI & Social Media tools and able to leverage them to improve productivity, campaign planning, content ideation, and reporting.
- Well-connected within influencer, creator, talent, or community networks is a plus.
