As the Creative & Production Manager, you will align creative directions with the business directions, with good understanding on what drives business' goals.
Manage and allocate team resources based on business priorities to optimize the value the team can deliver to the business.
Develop talent and skills with the team to meet evolving business needs and advocate for the team in leadership forums.
Ideate concepts and campaigns for business with solid strategic thought and creativity.
A proven track record and comprehensive knowledge of production for multiple platforms, with technical knowledge of production timelines.
Centralized all creative & production tasks and ideas as a big picture to encourage the marketing campaign or project objective to get along well with creative concepts effectively.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing communication development/ brand management/social media/IMC campaign building up; preferably with relevant experience in Internet companies, e-Commerce, FMCG, Digital Agency.
In-depth understanding of marketing funnels, Internet development trend and media strategies
Strong communication and project management skills
Bachelor or Master degree or higher in marketing communications, advertising, marketing, or related field
Result oriented, logical, with the ability to think strategically and creativity, distinctive problem-solving skills, and the abilities to work well under-pressure in very dynamic environment
Excellent communication (verbal and written) in both Thai and English
