Plan and manage resources across the entire supply chain, as well as identify process bottlenecks, and implement solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
In a Just–in–Time (JIT) environment, develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors and distributors to ensure the best value for the company through effective negotiation and partnership.
Sort, open and route incoming correspondence and deliveries to assist senior leaders in responding rapidly to business and customer requirements.
Improve vendor service level to be in line with the business requirements.
Coordinate with the project team, fulfillment, and logistics providers to solve any potential issues related to the supply chain.
Be an intermediary to ensure that all crucial information is efficiently managed and relayed to the right person at the right time to ensure that operations run smoothly throughout the entire supply chain.
Determine, monitor and track project KPIs such as productivity, SLA measurement, and achievement rate.
Support Ad Hoc. assignment and ensure that all activities are accomplished within the timeline.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
At least 3+ years experience in operations, supply chain management in retail industry background or related fields.
Understand Operations and Supply chain management, Logistics, Warehouse, Fulfillment, and e-commerce business.
Proficiency with MS Excel and experience with large data sets and supporting tools/languages.
Organized and hands-on person with great attention to details.
Strong negotiation, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Be able to work under pressure.
Has a service mind, strong interpersonal skill and is capable of interacting with people and all levels.
