Responsibilities

  • Lead performance marketing team in part of marketing performance, media performance to drive growth
  • Explore new opportunity/New media Network to maximize performance marketing
  • Coach team members for performance marketing, bidding, and planning
  • Develop online growth strategy plan in Yearly/Quarterly & monthly
  • Develop effective media buying plan to deliver business target
  • Coordinate technically with the Media Network, Social commerce vendors
  • Negotiating and executing media plans and support creative materials
  • QA media before launching new campaign
  • Monitoring digital campaigns ensuring all learnings are being optimized and getting target’s return for each marketing’s objectives
  • Tracking and Monitoring competitors on all digital channels
  • Report both online and offline performance based on business strategies

 

Qualifications

  • 3+years of experience in e-commerce & performance marketing to drive user acquisition/retention/area expansion, and consulting management 
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and Facebook Insights/ onsite analytics platforms 
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills by monthly/weekly/daily
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to work independently to find the solution with minimal guidance from the team.
  • Excellent Thai and English communication skills
