This role will shape and deliver the voice of LINE MAN to all our Riders, Front-End Operator, Cross-Functional team across the platform. You will be a key person in crafting the tone and level of communication message based on our target audience in order to create communications across different channels with riders and relevant persons effectively.
You will work closely with our Rider Operations, CS, Rider Community, Social Media, Rider Communication teams to craft messages, and ensure our communication is being delivered to rider stakeholders clearly and effectively across all communication channels.
- Crafting narrative, clear, and impactful message for LINE MAN Rider communications purpose
- Manage Rider communications requests from cross functional team
- Deliver actionable messages that influence behavior through various tools and mediums (In-App Communication, SMS, Social Media, Blog, etc.)
- Adhere and ensure message tonality, narrative, guidelines are in line with company principles with error-free communication
- Facilitate the resolution of disputes with cross-functional teams when assigned
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to update and maintain a detailed knowledge of policies, principles and strategies, and to keep up-to-date with rider communication.
- Evaluate results of communication campaigns with teams.
- Support additional campaigns and communication needs for different projects
