Fraud Operations Executive


Job description

  • Investigating suspected fraud cases
  • Coordinate with relevant parties such as Payment , Customer Support and Local team
  • Ensure productivity, quality and internal deadlines are met
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, behaviors and communicate new fraud scenarios and/or process gaps to management and help with testing new parameters within the detection systems


  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistic/Business/Engineering/Statistics or related fields
  • Experience in Ecommerce or logistic fraud detection highly preferred
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in related fields. Fresh graduates that have the necessary requirements may apply
  • Experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage
  • Curious and Good eye for detail
  • Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in shift (5 working days)
