Payment Operations Executive



  • Prepare and calculation data to generating daily fleet withdrawal report
  • Review suspect fraud transactions coordinate with fraud team
  • Ensure paid on time with 100% accuracy
  • Collaborating with your manager and team to improve payment process and efficiency
  • Monitor the health of our payment systems and act as a first point of contact for escalating system-wide processing issues
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly Reconciliation
  • Resolve escalated issues for our user and riders relating to payouts coordinate with customer support and local team


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Logistic/ Business/ Economics or related fields
  • Finance and accounting background highly preferred
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in related fields. Fresh graduates that have the necessary requirements may apply
  • Experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage
  • Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Acute attention to detail and  good analytical skills
  • Able to work in shift (5 working days)
