- Utilize Lineman Wongnai’s vast amount of data to provide decision support aligned to our strategic roadmap and core KPIs, and discover actionable insights to help inform where we go next.
- Initiate data-driven projects by formalizing an approach to solve business problems and achieve business targets.
- Develop frameworks to analyze business and operational problems, develop hypotheses, mine data, deliver recommendations and impact assessment.
- Develop statistical models to drive business growth and operational improvements, such as operational and cost efficiency, customer/rider/restaurant-side growth, etc.
- Lead a cross-functional team to design, execute, and interpret experiments, implement strategy, monitoring executions, interpret and improve results.
- Conduct industry analysis and research, Monitor/Oversee competitive market trends on both demand and supply sides.
