We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as an Outgoing Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who thinks outside the box, is not confined by traditional norms, and possesses a knack for innovative ideas. If you've never been involved in extracurricular activities before, this might not be the role for you, as we require someone with prior experience in club or society management.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and organize various extracurricular activities and events.
• Develop creative and engaging captions for recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Plan and execute off-site activities, potentially including sports days.
• Manage a flexible work schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Maintain a proactive attitude and effectively handle unforeseen challenges.
• Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
