What you’ll do:
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and user analysis to identify unmet customer needs and emerging trends
- Assist in defining and documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features or product improvements
- Assist in preparing launch materials, training documentation, and coordinating with marketing and sales teams for new feature rollouts
- Work collaboratively with engineering, business, marketing, UX, and other cross-functional teams to launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
What you’ll need:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum GPAX of 3.0 (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills, product sensibility, and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
