- Work closely with BI, Data science to deep drive data analysis to define delivery service customer segments
- Understand & Define Customer segment Long-term, Mid-term, Short-term marketing strategy/Customer Journey for each customer segment
- Work closely with Area Marketing to define and set Key actions/Campaign marketing plan for each region/area
- Work with the Product team to provide business requirement & make sure product launch plan
- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations
- Monitoring and tracking performance for customer segment and sync with Area Marketing team to analyse market situation & create flight back action/ad-hoc action
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or any related discipline preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing user acquisition/retention, Business Development or Campaign Marketing
- Strong experience developing and managing campaign marketing
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Creative, result-oriented, and team-player mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
