- Plan and execute on-ground rider acquisition while explore new acquisition channel
- Recruit and train new local rider acquisition staff to ensure the target has been met
- Manage local rider acquisition staff’s individual and team performance
- Improve acquisition pipeline and funnel for optimal activation service levels
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields.
- Experiences in the express delivery business is preferred
- 3-5 years experience in Fleet, Logistics & Transportation business
- Hands on experience with high achievement and proven track record in the recruitment or management of large fleets.
- Strong ability to plan and adapt to changing environment
- Proficiency in Google Sheet and data analytics is required
- Able to travel up upon request
