  • Conduct concrete policy, protocol, along with reinforcement based on the organization's goals
  • Verify and compile all processes involving riders are established with quality standards and minimum requirements
  • Perform regular quality assessments on all fleet vehicles, riders that each interaction steps with our platform to ensure expected service levels will be met
  • Participate in rider environment and internal meetings to identify needs and expectations
  • Coordinate with all team members as well as related teams, especially training and communications to align on obligations and protocols
  • Provide given feedback to team to revisit plans and improve performance while resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure that best practices are being followed amongst all projects while prepare report for management to review
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding misleading actions from riders and propose targeted solutions to eliminate operational inefficiencies


  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • High stakeholders management skills
  • Experienced in QA / QC is preferred
  • Understanding of rider environment
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques
  • Basic knowledge of laws and regulations
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, or related fields
