What you’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end operations and drive sustainable growth of the marketplace, ensuring strong execution across fleet, service quality, and customer experience
- Own and monitor P&L performance, including daily tracking, financial analysis, and providing forecasts and scenario-based simulations for decision-making
- Use data, analytics, and local market insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and stay ahead of competitor movements
- Apply AI tools effectively for research, data analysis, workflow automation, and business/data simulation to improve efficiency and decision quality
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Manage key KPIs (e.g., fulfillment rate, cancellation rate, cost efficiency) and drive process improvements through data-driven problem solving and cross-functional collaboration
- Flexibility & Commitment: Willingness to take on ad-hoc responsibilities and occasional standby shifts on weekends or holidays (1–2 days/month) to ensure smooth operations
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Data, or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or on-demand platforms
- At least 1-2 years of leadership experience with proven ability to manage teams and drive business outcomes
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including P&L management, data modeling, forecasting, and simulation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, and improving work efficiency or data simulation
- Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills in both Thai and English; able to work in fast-paced environments and travel when needed
