What you’ll Do:
Go-to-market:
- Work closely with the product team, operations and marketing team, side-by-side with cross-functional team on executing product features.
- Understand and gather requirements by utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Deliver end-to-end go-to-market plan for an assigned project according to the operations and product strategy to enhance fulfillment and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze product feature performance and suggest ways to improve.
New Feature implementation:
- Design and manage internal workflows and processes.
- Facilitate team on using marketing technology products to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments for the special projects including. experimenting with current and/or new features.
What you’ll Need:
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-Commerce, logistics, or consulting is preferred.
Skill:
- Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel or Google Sheet (essential).
- Strong analytical skills and not afraid of deep-dive analysis or RCA.
Attitude:
- A start-up mindset, willing to work hard, and do whatever it takes to get things done sometimes under pressure but usually in a dynamic environment!.
- Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies.
