Finance Reconciliation Executive (1-year contract)

What you’ll do:

• Weekly and monthly reconciliations of Commission fee , Incentive feesand others are to be paid to the Sales Department. 
• Weekly and monthly reconciliation of Revenue GP transactions to confirm with partner and submit to Accounting team
• Submit data to the related department in a timely manner in order to process payment to related stakeholders on a monthly basis. 
• Provide finance reconciliation reports to the Accounting Department.
• Ad-hoc data preparation or reconciliation.
• Coordinate with relevant parties such as Sale Management, Business Development, and Business Intelligence and ensure smoothness in data reconciliation to support both the Accounting and Operations departments.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, statistics, or related fields
• Experience in e-commerce and financial reconciliation is highly preferred
• 1 to 2 years working experience in related fields. Fresh graduates that have the necessary requirements may apply
• Experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage
• Attention to details and managing massive information of data
• Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under pressure with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
