  • Responsible for supporting the offline shop procurement and construction activities
  • Prepare the bidding process to ensure that all processes correctly take place and align with procedures
  • Establish professional Strategic Procurement activities by focusing on price, quality, risk management and long-term supplier relationships in order to optimize TCO
  • Negotiate contracts, improve price and business terms with vendors, and review opportunities to create business savings through negotiation and procurement’s best practice tools and methods
  • Create purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedule and conduct supplier evaluation process
  • Create and maintain supplier relationships to add value and minimize all risks and ensure data accuracy for previous and current system
  • Manage, encourage, motivate, and guide team members in learning and improving effectiveness along with their performance


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting/Management/Marketing or related background
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, or purchasing field
  • Good knowledge and understanding of procurement processes including software and tools
  • Exceptional ability to deal with a variety of people and situations
  • Ability to maintain the highest personal levels of ethical conduct, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Specific knowledge and work experience in Construction, Engineering Equipment procurement, convenient stores and E-Commerce is a strong advantage and preferred.
