What You'll Do:
- Validate, investigate, and resolve complex payment issues and discrepancies, ensuring high processing accuracy and prompt resolution for escalated cases
- Perform a reconciliation of payment transactions across various channels and proactively resolve systemic unmatched cases on a daily basis
- Responsible for completing assigned duties timely and escalating to leadership if concerns arise with meeting key processing deadlines
- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a systematic and timely manner on payment-related issues
- Support payment operations initiatives and contribute to special projects as assigned
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistic/Business/Finance or related fields
- 1–3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates who have necessary requirements are welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on assigned schedules, including weekends or unusual hours to handle urgent incidents
