What you’ll do:
Vendor Management & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive vendor management framework across the organization.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors aligned with business, operational, and technical requirements.
- Conduct vendor risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with high-impact vendors.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and vendor scorecard evaluation sessions.
- Ensure continuity, scalability, and reliability of critical vendors.
Contract Management
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and negotiation to approval, execution, and renewal.
- Work with procurement on supplier selection and prepare initial drafts of commercial and service agreements.
- Partner closely with the legal team to validate compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, KPIs, SOWs, pricing terms, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain a centralized contract repository with complete documentation and version control.
Vendor Performance, Compliance & Issue Resolution
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring consistent, measurable delivery.
- Provide detailed performance reports, highlight non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and enforce contractual penalties when necessary.
- Coordinate with business owners on issue resolution and escalation processes.
- Oversee periodic (daily/weekly/quarterly) tracking and reporting on vendor activities.
Governance, Audit & Risk Control
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to vendors and contracts.
- Ensure all vendor engagement activities comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement best practices related to vendor due diligence, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Promote a culture of structured vendor governance and operational transparency.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with procurement, finance, operations, legal, IT, and other business units to support sourcing, budgeting, and vendor onboarding needs.
- Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and vendors to preempt and resolve conflicts.
- Serve as the strategic advisor to stakeholders on vendor capabilities, performance status, and contractual risks.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in vendor management, contract management, or procurement, with at least 3 years in the technology or digital industry.
- Strong knowledge of vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, contract review, and performance frameworks.
- Solid understanding of SLA/KPI structures, risk management concepts, and contract compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven capability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to drive root cause analysis and structured improvements.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to manage and guide both internal teams and vendor partners.
- Communication in fluent English.
