The Vendor & Contract Management Manager will lead the lifecycle of vendor engagement—covering strategy, sourcing support, contract governance, performance management, and vendor risk mitigation. This role ensures that all vendors deliver maximum value to the business, comply with company standards, and support operational excellence across the organization.

You will be responsible for designing and enforcing vendor governance frameworks, strengthening supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement across all externally sourced services. Working closely with procurement, legal, finance, and business owners, you will serve as the main guardian of contract quality, vendor compliance, and service-level performance.

What you’ll do:

Vendor Management & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive vendor management framework across the organization.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors aligned with business, operational, and technical requirements.
  • Conduct vendor risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with high-impact vendors.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and vendor scorecard evaluation sessions.
  • Ensure continuity, scalability, and reliability of critical vendors.

Contract Management

  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle—from drafting and negotiation to approval, execution, and renewal.
  • Work with procurement on supplier selection and prepare initial drafts of commercial and service agreements.
  • Partner closely with the legal team to validate compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SLAs, KPIs, SOWs, pricing terms, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain a centralized contract repository with complete documentation and version control.

Vendor Performance, Compliance & Issue Resolution

  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring consistent, measurable delivery.
  • Provide detailed performance reports, highlight non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and enforce contractual penalties when necessary.
  • Coordinate with business owners on issue resolution and escalation processes.
  • Oversee periodic (daily/weekly/quarterly) tracking and reporting on vendor activities.

Governance, Audit & Risk Control

  • Support internal and external audit requirements related to vendors and contracts.
  • Ensure all vendor engagement activities comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement best practices related to vendor due diligence, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Promote a culture of structured vendor governance and operational transparency.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with procurement, finance, operations, legal, IT, and other business units to support sourcing, budgeting, and vendor onboarding needs.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and vendors to preempt and resolve conflicts.
  • Serve as the strategic advisor to stakeholders on vendor capabilities, performance status, and contractual risks.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in vendor management, contract management, or procurement, with at least 3 years in the technology or digital industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, contract review, and performance frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of SLA/KPI structures, risk management concepts, and contract compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven capability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to drive root cause analysis and structured improvements.
  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to manage and guide both internal teams and vendor partners.
  • Communication in fluent English.
