What you’ll Do:
- Perform investigation of fraud cases detected from detection systems and other channels of which fraud is raised
- Maintain strong knowledge for industrial fraud by staying informed about behavior, industry changes
- Analyze and verify suspicious fraud cases to identify patterns, anomalies and process gaps
- Report on daily fraud trends and cluster characteristics, perform deep dives and write summaries
- Prepare fraud investigation performance periodically or ad-hoc report
- Coordinate with relevant parties such as Payment, Customer Support and Local team to verify information related to fraud cases
- Work with stakeholders to reduce fraud related losses, while maintaining focus on a positive customer experience
- Assist reporting manager in fraud related initiatives and process improvements to ensure smooth execution
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistic/Business/Engineering/Statistics or related fields
- Experience in E-commerce or logistic fraud highly preferred
- 1 to 2 years working experience in related fields.
- Experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage
- Curious and Good eye for detail
- Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work within provided schedule (5 working days per week)
- Able to work in shift (May have to work during weekends, no more than 5 working days per week)
