We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO Specialist to support the implementation of our new SAP S/4HANA landscape. The PMO will be the backbone of the project, ensuring that all administrative, tracking, and reporting functions are executed flawlessly. This role is critical to providing the project manager with the leverage needed to focus on strategic leadership and architectural decisions.

What you’ll Do:

• Maintain and update the master project plan, tracking progress against key milestones.
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly project status reports for all stakeholders.
• Manage the project's risk, issue, action, and decision (RAID) logs.
• Coordinate and schedule all key project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Act as the central point for all project documentation and deliverables.
