Senior Business Process Improvement Manager

What you’ll do:

• Business Process Efficiency & Cost Optimization
  • Conduct risk-based process audits to identify cost inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and financial risks.
  • Implement data-driven improvements to enhance operational speed and financial savings.
  • Work closely with business units to improve internal processes without creating bottlenecks.
• Fraud Risk & Financial Loss Prevention
  • Integrate fraud risk assessments into all internal audits.
  • Develop data-driven fraud detection models to reduce financial exposure and revenue leakage.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance teams to implement proactive fraud prevention strategies.
• IT, Data Analytics & Process Automation Auditing
  • Use data analytics, AI, and automation tools to improve audit execution and process efficiency.
  • Conduct audits on IT security, cybersecurity controls, and automated system risks.
  • Assess automation-driven processes and their impact on financial risks and operational effectiveness.
• Governance, Risk Management & IPO Readiness
  • Ensure internal controls align with IPO governance requirements while maintaining business agility.
  • Develop risk-based frameworks that enhance business performance and compliance.
  • Provide advisory services to leadership on business risk management strategies.
• Leadership & Business Engagement
  • Work closely with executives and business leaders to translate audit insights into cost-saving initiatives.
  • Lead internal training programs to improve risk awareness, operational efficiency, and financial discipline.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or CIA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in internal audit, process efficiency, risk management, or operational optimization. Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence) is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on cost reduction, process improvement, and fraud prevention. Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Python, ACL) for risk detection and operational insights is considered an advantage.
• Ability to quantify the financial impact of audit findings and develop data-driven decision-making frameworks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communications in both Thai and English are must-haves
