What you'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day payment operations to promptly support operational changes, ensuring seamless processing, compliance, and optimization of procedures
- Define and maintain process framework, and workflow ensuring standardization, scalability, and compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payment workflows and resolve operational challenges
- Effectively communicate business cases and persuade multiple stakeholders to make changes and resolve issues
- Lead and execute operational projects to enhance payment and finance workflows
- Determine training requirements and execute training with other team members, in relation to advance use of relevant systems, processes, and required skillsets for their role
- Ensure services meet or exceed expectations and are delivered following agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Develop and maintain operational reporting dashboards to measure performance
What you'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years in Operations management, Financial operations, or similar role, preferably in a marketplace, fintech, or tech-driven company
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong operational skills, including the ability to work with both internal and external users and resolve issues
- Proficiency in data analysis tools e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau. Python is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
- High adaptability and eagerness to take on new challenges
