What you’ll do:

  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations applicable to the digital platform and fintech industry, including support for LINE MAN and LINE Pay.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance matters and the implementation of regulations from authorities such as ETDA, OCPB, DLT, MOC, Ministry of Transport, and AMLO.
  • Compliance Oversight:
    • Draft, review, and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Provide the advice in relation to the business operation to comply with the relevant laws and regulations.
    • Draft, review and revise the terms of service, terms of use and any other terms and conditions to comply with the relevant laws and regulations.
    • Coordinate with internal business units to gather required information or documentation requested by regulators.
  • Policy Development:
    • Develop, review, and maintain compliance-related policies and measures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Monitoring and Rectification:
    • Monitor and follow up with responsible units to implement rectification plans for findings or observations from regulators.
  • Litigation and Legal Support:
    • Represent the company in pre-litigation matters and act as the main point of contact for regulatory inquiries.
    • Manage and coordinate litigation cases, including preparing responses to summons from law enforcement agencies or courts.
  • Other duties and special assignments:
    • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Management Team.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance, law, litigation, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in digital platforms or the fintech industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., ETDA, OCPB, DLT, MOC, MOT, AMLO).
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
