What You’ll Do:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and any deviations are addressed.
- Oversee all project phases, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, third-party vendors, and consultants.
- Define and manage stakeholder expectations through regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and issue resolution processes.
- Work with business team to identify key business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the ERP system.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and external consultants.
- Monitor project team performance, providing guidance, feedback where necessary to ensure success.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensuring deliverables meet business requirements.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues that could affect project timelines, costs, or deliverables, and develop mitigation plans.
- Proactively address challenges and escalate issues when necessary to senior leadership.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Change Management:
- Develop and implement a change management plan to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system across the organization.
- Coordinate and deliver end-user training sessions.
- Facilitate a smooth transition from current systems to the new ERP platform.
- Post-Implementation Support:
- Oversee the post-launch support phase, ensuring the project meets the defined success criteria and addressing any issues that arise after go-live.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for ongoing improvements or enhancements.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred. Additional certifications in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in managing ERP implementation projects.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex ERP projects, preferably with experience in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in Thai and English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience with change management processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
