What you’ll Do:
Legal:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update the legal document management system, ensuring proper filing and accessibility of records.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and government agencies to support contract execution, compliance, and legal processes.
- Monitor deadlines and legal requirements, manage follow-ups for ongoing legal matters, and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Coordinate with team members on budget requests, petty cash, invoice processing, and the development of projects or systems to streamline contract management for the Legal Team
Compliance:
- Provide administrative and compliance support to Compliance team
- Manage day-to-day compliance and administrative activities, ensuring smooth coordination with other departments
- Assist in preparing and following up on regulatory reports submitted to the Bank of Thailand, the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO), and other relevant regulators
- Serve as a liaison with internal teams, government agencies, and external organizations in matters related to the company’s compliance obligations
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to compliance matters
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Law degree is not required but an interest in law, familiarity with legal terminology, document handling, or contract processes would be an advantage
- 2+ years of relevant administrative or coordination experience. Would be a plus if used to work in a Law Firm or in fields related to law/compliance
- Good communication skills in both verbally and written in both English and Thai
- Focused and productive, a positive mindset of a daily problem solver
- Ability to coordinate and manage documentation, also attention to detail
- Possesses strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively while staying organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
