What you’ll Do:
- Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidation processes for all group entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare, review, and finalize the financial reporting package for submission to the group company in accordance with group reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS/Thai GAAP) and group policies.
- Collaborate with subsidiaries and cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and reconcile financial data.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve variances within deadlines.
- Analyze consolidated financial results, provide insights, and support management in decision-making.
- Act as the main contact point for group auditors and assist with audit requests and deliverables.
- Continuously improve consolidation processes and reporting accuracy by implementing best practices and process automation.
- Supervise and guide junior team members in performing consolidation tasks and reporting activities
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting, financial consolidation, or audit, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong knowledge of consolidation principles, intercompany transactions, and reporting requirements.
- Experience in JSOX control framework is highly preferable.
- External audit background (Big 4 or leading firm) will be considered a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting systems/ERP; experience in group reporting tools is a plus. (SAP is preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage strict reporting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with senior management.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
