  • 3+ years of experience in customer service team
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) as well as slideshow presentation
  • Highly skilled in public speaking and training
  • Able to multi-task and work with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to facilitate end-to-end training session as well as soft skills training
  • Great people skills with ability to communicate (negative) feedback
