Multimedia Designer - Employer Branding (1-year-contract)

What you’ll do:

• Lead design and production of social media content, motion, and video content for employer branding campaigns (careers page, culture initiatives, internal communications, recruitment) ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Plan and execute on-site content production, including photo shoots, video shoots, and lighting setup, for events, employee stories, and culture content.
• Collaborate closely with the Employer Branding Team and Corporate Communications (PR) Team to turn campaign concepts into visual assets that drive engagement.
• Take ownership of end-to-end design processes, from conceptualization to final production, delivering high-quality, on-time designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Mentor intern designers and provide guidance on design best practices and execution.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, design tools, emerging platforms, and AI-powered design tools (e.g. generative image/video, AI editing) to continuously improve and innovate social media content.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery of assets for campaigns, promotions, and other social media activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align designs with campaign objectives, KPIs, and brand strategy.
• Conduct regular performance analysis of design assets, using insights to improve future designs and drive higher engagement.

What you’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• 0–3 years in graphic design (fresh graduates welcome to apply), with strong social media content experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
• Hands-on experience with photo/video shooting and basic lighting setup for content production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of social media content, including motion graphics, video, static design, and social content design to increase engagement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) and an understanding of their design requirements.
• Motion graphic design and video editing experience are highly preferred.
• Knowledge of user engagement strategies and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with data-driven design approaches for social media performance optimization.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, bringing new ideas to the table.
