What you’ll Do:
- Planning and executing a variety of activities to facilitate growth within the Wongnai Community and enhance user engagement on Wongnai application.
- Consistently engaging with Wongnai Elite members and Active Users to maintain a strong sense of community and involvement.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the Wongnai Community, enabling users to interact seamlessly and maintain continuous engagement with Wongnai, including resolving various issues that arise within the Wongnai Community.
- Organizing events and parties to foster relationships and positive sentiment within the Wongnai Community.
- Coordinating with external vendors and internal teams to ensure successful execution of community-related activities.
- Managing public relations and marketing materials used in activities related to the Wongnai Community.
- Assisting with other marketing tasks as assigned by the Marketing team as appropriate.
What you’ll Need:
- 1-2 years of experience in community management.
- Experience in event management and customer communication is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving.
- Demonstrates innovative thinking, enjoys challenges, and embraces change.
- Enjoys hosting parties, excels as a party host, and can effectively engage with new users.
- Familiarity with online marketing and proficiency in utilizing the Wongnai application are advantageous.
