What you’ll Do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow clients in the clinic, dental, beauty, and service business segments.
- Conduct on-site meetings (Sales On-site) to present the JERA POS program and demonstrate solutions that address client needs effectively.
- Deeply understand clients’ business models and challenges to propose customized solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contract closing, to onboarding and system handover.
- Coordinate with the support and technical teams to ensure seamless post-sales implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide consultative recommendations on relevant company products such as hardware, software add-ons, and marketing tools.
- Track key metrics and follow up to ensure consistent usage and satisfaction with JERA POS as the primary system.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members in pipeline management and client engagement best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or IT preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in software, POS, SaaS, or service industry (beauty, wellness, dental, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to handle enterprise or multi-site accounts with a consultative approach.
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of computer systems, internet networks (IP/Wi-Fi), and digital tools.
- Positive attitude, growth mindset, and high resilience when facing challenges.
- Must have a personal vehicle and be comfortable with frequent client visits.
