What you’ll Do:
- Manage merchant partnership account efficiently for the Commercial team
- Manage internal and external operations which may extend to the merchant partnership
- Coordinate internal and external team operations for the planning and execution of each domain
- Proactively work to remove operations obstacles, identify, and manage issue escalations, and provide support to the Commercial team
- Ensure that all activities are accomplished within the timeline.
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Having experience in Sales Support, Operation Analyst with relevant experience in Internet companies, and e-Commerce is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google sheet and experience with large data sets (vlookup, pivot table etc)
- Understand Operations, Fulfillment and e-commerce business.
- Organized and hands-on person with great attention to detail.
- Has a service mind, strong interpersonal skills and can interact with people at all levels.
- “CAN-DO” attitude, good manners, firm ownership, commitment, responsibility, and team player.
