What you’ll Do:
- Growth merchants in portfolio and establish strong relationships with merchant partners, working with the related teams on account management.
- Develop Market and Competitor Analysis to catch up with business trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate efficiently with operation and product teams to deliver satisfactory top service to merchant partnerships
- Maintain relationship and trust with partners to enhance LINE MAN Mart business ecosystem
- Closely collaborate with external and internal team members to ensure the campaign launch smoothly and follow up on solutions
- Educate partners on features, promotional campaign and market insights
- Coordinate efficiently with cross functional team to deliver the top satisfactory service to merchants
What you’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2+years of experience in Key Account, Sales, Customer Relationship, Customer Support, online business, Delivery platform, or E-commerce is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google sheet and experience
- good problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and utilization skills
- Be able to work under pressure.

- Having a driver's licence and knowledge of area roads and neighbourhoods is an advantage
