What you’ll Do:
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests, listening to sales call, sales pitch, and presentation to the customers
- Identifying the issues, evaluate the sales pitch and quality of services, and provide feedback to sales person and sales management
- Ensure that standards are well maintained
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
- Make recommendations for improvement
What you’ll Need:
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Sales experience is a plus
