Senior Key Account Executive (Food Master) (1-year contract)

What you’ll Do:

• Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain deep relationships with restaurant partners, delivering tailored support and insights to elevate their business performance.
• Drive Data-Led Strategies: Utilize data analytics to assess merchant performance, identify market trends, and develop actionable growth and marketing strategies.
• Analyze Market & Competitors: Monitor competitive promotions and market patterns to provide strategic recommendations that keep partners ahead of the curve.
• Enable Cross-Functional Success: Facilitate seamless communication across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support teams to maximize partner engagement and platform adoption.
• Optimize Visibility & Campaigns: Guide and encourage restaurants to participate in strategic promotional opportunities to boost their online visibility and advertising ROI.

What you’ll Need: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.At least 1 year of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within the digital platform industry (e.g., food delivery, e-commerce, ride-hailing).
• A strong background in Account Management, CRM, Customer Support, or delivery and e-commerce ecosystems.
• Robust analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data to drive commercial decisions and unlock creative solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business stories for partners.
• A goal-oriented problem solver who thrives on addressing immediate challenges effectively and driving execution.
