What You’ll Do:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Execution
- Develop and own the monetization strategy, identifying and building compelling business cases for new revenue opportunities, innovative ad packages, and strategic partnerships tailored to diverse client needs.
- Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for all new Display Ad products and features, from initial planning to post-launch analysis.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the value proposition and differentiates our offerings in the market.
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for all new advertising initiatives, manage the master launch plan from initial business case and strategic planning to final GTM implementation, ensuring tight coordination between Product, Engineering, Sales, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering market intelligence and feedback to inform the product roadmap and refine GTM strategies.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with global technology players (e.g., Meta, LINE) to enhance ad product capabilities and unlock innovative revenue streams.
Sales Enablement & Commercial Readiness
- Lead or co-lead the execution of audience segment generation, collaborating with data science and Business Intelligence teams to create, refine, and activate high-value target segments for campaigns.
- Design and lead the execution of a rigorous A/B testing pipeline to continuously improve ad performance, placement efficiency, and targeting methods.
- Develop and deliver all sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and internal training documentation.
- Design and lead training programs to ensure the sales team is fully equipped to sell new ad products effectively.
- Create compelling deal structures and promotional packages to drive initial adoption and accelerate revenue growth for new launches.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for launches and report on progress to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, or a related role within the tech or digital advertising industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products or features from start to finish.
- Proven ability to think commercially and strategically, with experience contributing to success cases, pricing strategies, or revenue growth initiatives.
- Exceptional ability to create compelling product messaging and marketing materials.
- Demonstrated AI Efficiency with business use case implications to boost revenue and productivity (Gemini, ChatGPT, Cluade, Agent AI, or AI automation, etc)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
It'd be Great if you have:
- Experience working directly with sales teams and developing sales training programs.
- Experience managing a media-related P&L or owning significant revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
- Hands-on experience in the digital advertising or ad-tech space.
