What you’ll Do:
- Drive our new business to a success by developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies
- Identify strategic restaurant partners and work with the key account team for acquisition and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, grow our restaurant portfolio
- Take full responsibility of business growth by ensuring we have the right offering for customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns to attract new customers and drive product adoption
- Monitor and evaluate overall business performance, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, partner feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay competitive
What you’ll need:
- 5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, commercial operations, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships preferably within the restaurants, food service industry or online businesses.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer-centric business models and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to drive result under pressure and minimal supervision
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
