- Lead end-to-end strategic planning, analytics, forecasting, and target setting for the Financial Products team to maximize growth and profitability within the business unit.
- Build and analyze key business metrics to address challenges and drive revenue growth through the team’s insights, supported by clear execution plans.
- Generate new initiatives and design experiments to gather market insights and enhance the Financial Products team’s performance in alignment with business goals.
- Identify problems, areas for improvement, and solutions for products and operations to ensure operational efficiency and optimal ROI.
- Lead collaboration between the Business team, Corporate Strategy, and Financial Planning & Analysis to deliver performance reports and prepare management and executive presentations.
