What You’ll Do
- Client-Facing Insight Gathering: Engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals ensuring that solutions are tailored to client pain points.
- Product Optimization: Design and implement new ad strategies and solutions that encourage client retention and spending, focusing on the client’s business needs and campaign goals.
- Pitching Deck: Develop Client Analysis, prepare presentation, and propose strategic plan and solutions to media clients.
- Client Support: Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of partnership campaigns on business development objective
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, product, marketing, and strategy teams, and use client feedback and personal creativity to work with internal teams to develop holistic ad strategies that align with overall business objectives.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing solutions (ad tech-martech), or advertising strategy, preferably in a platform environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and performance optimization.
- Ability to understand and interpret market trends to develop innovative strategies for client success.
- Proven record of client-facing interactions and capable of building trust-based relationships.
- Proven track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration.
- Growth mindset: Must be adaptable, ready to learn, and open to new roles and industries as our company frequently expands into new sectors.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
