What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and optimise ad performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Create and analyze detailed ad performance reports, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic improvements.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including maintaining campaign records and documentation to streamline workflow efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements within ad operations to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.
- Serve as the key liaison between the Ads team and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and operational coordination.
- Develop and execute performance-driven ad strategies, focusing on innovative formats, targeting techniques, and inventory optimization to maximize engagement and revenue.
What You’ll Need:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, publishing, or advertising technology.
- Basic understanding of ad tech (e.g., ad servers, programmatic platforms, ad exchanges).
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to collaborate with various teams (sales, marketing, product).
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) to process and interpret data.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the digital advertising field.
