Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our strategic restaurant partnerships team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing relationships with our strategic top tier restaurant partners in order to maximize their GMV and market share on the platform.
What you'll do:
- Manage a team of key accounts to ensure efficient daily operations aimed at achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster strong relationships with key partners, including consultants and business partners, to identify and explore business opportunities for mutual growth.
- Develop strategies and guidelines for key commercial activities, such as promotional campaigns and marketing support, to increase revenue while optimizing profitability.
- Establish a structured framework for the commercial team and create performance reports to track progress and enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to differentiate LINE MAN from competitors, reinforcing market share and user base.
What you'll need:
- Commercial background with 2-3 years of proven experience in delivering strong business results, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce industry.
- Proven experience in managing a team and leading projects would be a plus.
- Strong structured and critical thinking skills, capable of proposing solutions to new issues based on the provided context.
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and discussion abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, proficient in interpreting numbers and deriving actionable insights.
