What you'll do:
- Manage Restaurant Partners: Serve as the primary point of contact for our restaurant partners, working collaboratively in delivering mutual business objectives.
- Drive Business Operations: Oversee business-as-usual operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily activities.
- Manage Restaurant Partners P&L: Ensure strong top-line growth with healthy and sustainable bottom-line unit economics.
- Keep track of restaurant partners' financial performances, analyze data, and regularly communicate insights to partners to maximize their potential.
- Develop Strategic Initiatives: Identify and implement new initiatives to keep our service offering ahead of competitors, enhancing value for our restaurant partners.
What you'll need:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and discussion skills, capable of engaging effectively with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong logic and analysis skills, able to make sense of numbers and derive actionable insights.
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the food delivery or e-commerce industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
