What you’ll Do:
- Grow LINE MAN Wongnai’s media and partner subsidy revenue from strategic partners such as banks, telcos, and FMCG brands.
- Develop Market and Competitor Analysis to catch up with business trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop Client Analysis, prepare presentation, and propose strategic plan and solutions to media clients.
- Lead media and campaign execution to deliver promised timeline and performance.
- Monitor media, advertising and coupon performance to achieve client’s expectations.
- Drive business and product to achieve team KPIs and goals in terms of sales, revenue, and profit.
- Reinforce growth and sustainability in the business through new innovation, product-market fit, new product and service development.
- Coordinate efficiently with support and product teams to deliver the exceptional satisfaction to clients and partner agencies, and use client feedback and personal creativity to work with internal teams to improve our products and services.
What you’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in ad-tech, mar-tech, or digital marketing sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in both Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in digital campaign planning within a media or advertising agency is a strong plus.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven individual.
- A true hunter mindset — proactive in identifying new leads, pitching confidently, and closing deals efficiently.
- A “can-do” attitude with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.).
