What you’ll do:
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, handling agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and various company logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, ensuring the smooth flow of information to senior executives
- Manage travel logistics and activities for senior executives, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
- Provide comprehensive administrative and office support, encompassing tasks such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing systems and contacts database
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality in handling all materials
- Organize team communications and plan both internal and off-site events
What you’ll have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle complex tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
