What you’ll Need:
- 2 years experience in Management, Start-Up, or Operations.
- Experienced and strong understanding of O2O service platforms, especially the food delivery service will be strongly preferred.
- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through extremely strong analytical thinking and modeling ability (Excel skills necessary).
- Extremely proactive, responsible, organized and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good business understanding and judgment., comfort in understanding a business through data analysis.
- Ability to cope with pressure and an environment where not everything works yet, strong interest in taking ownership of problems rather than worrying about whose problem it is.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about all aspects of the business, ability to build up skills and knowledge very fast to become a recognized subject matter expert amongst your peers.
- Empathy in dealing with different people, ability to quickly build relationships with external partners, couriers, and internal stakeholders without problem.
- Internal and external communication with professionalism.
- Good command of both written & spoken in Thai and English.
