What you'll do:
- Transform ideas into valuable products, launch them in the market, drive adoption, and generate revenues.
- Drive P&L to ensure business and financial targets are met: both short term (revenue, profit) and long term (number of customers, APRU)
- Identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruit, prioritize them for the team
- Lead the market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry trends.
- Drive growth by challenging the status quo, and promoting sustainability. Introduce new innovative ideas, ensure that products are aligned with the market's needs, and successfully bring new products and services to market.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies and roadmaps that deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction to clients. Provide valuable market feedback to support the evolution of products and solutions, ensuring that they align with market demand and customer needs.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to senior management to communicate progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, Management Consulting, Business Development or related roles in the platform industry.
- Result Oriented, strategic thinking with creative, good business sense, solution-driven mindset
- Strong analytical skills with ability to make use of data to drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L analysis.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to business operations.
- Familiar with the latest trends and best practices in the ads industry.
- Fluent in Thai Language, Proficient in English
