What you’ll do :
- Responsible for Customer On-Boarding including training appointment call, first training call, retrain call and incubation call, to provide complete information and knowledge related to POS to allow new customer can start using POS service in a fast and smooth manner with best experience
- Work together with other team member to meet target SLA, achieve maximum productivity and performance
- Understand an in-depth and update knowledge of the product (POS) and Merchant to provide the best training for customer
- Prepare and keep updating the training procedure overall as well as the training materials for self on-boarding customers (Website, Youtube, Brochure).
- Measure and summarize performance of responsible tasks in numerical terms, providing insights for team leaders to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Incubation and Supply-chain team to develop long-term solution building up POS Customer best experience and operational performances
- Perform other duties and special assignments as required.
