Responsibilities:
- Communication Media Support: Assist in creating social media content, including writing short posts and sourcing visuals. Schedule posts using social media management tools. Monitor social channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and track engagement metrics.
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the POS products and services to target audiences. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.
- POSM Installation Coordination: Coordinate the installation of POSM (Point of Sale Marketing) materials in front of restaurants to promote POS products and services effectively.
- Content Creation Assistance: Help with developing marketing materials like flyers, brochures, or website updates. Proofread and edit marketing communications for clarity and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related area.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings, as required by events.
