Marketing Executive (POS )- Event Marketing (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute offline marketing events, such as trade shows, seminars, and workshops. This includes venue selection, vendor management, and coordination of logistics.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes. Manage relationships with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor event and partnership performance metrics and assist in preparing post-event reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of event and partnership goals with overall business objectives.
• Manage the inventory of event supplies and promotional materials.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team. This includes managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in marketing, event planning, or a related area.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings, as required by events.
